Census: Customer Surveys vs UserLoop Surveys & Feedbackfor Shopify (2026)
Both Census: Customer Surveys and UserLoop Surveys & Feedback have identical ratings and number of reviews (5/5 with 23 reviews). This suggests equal customer satisfaction based solely on these limited metrics. However, UserLoop positions itself as an AI-powered, all-in-one platform, offering not only surveys but also quiz funnels and video testimonials. Census appears to focus primarily on surveys, based on its name alone. UserLoop's value proposition centers around AI-driven insights and leveraging diverse feedback formats (video, quizzes) to drive growth, while Census's value proposition is less clear from the available data.

Our Verdict
Given the limited information about Census: Customer Surveys, it's difficult to make a definitive recommendation without further data. However, UserLoop Surveys & Feedback appears to be the superior choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive solution that goes beyond basic surveys. The AI-powered features, video testimonial capabilities, and quiz functionality position it as a robust tool for understanding customer behavior and driving conversions. A merchant simply wanting a basic survey tool with no advanced feature might find Census a simpler, and possibly more affordable, option; however, the lack of information makes that an assumption. UserLoop's focus on automation and multi-media feedback collection makes it appealing for growth-oriented businesses.
