Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a complete solution to automate customer support across multiple channels and geographies, Chad: AI Chat Agent + Helpdesk appears to be the better option, despite the limited number of reviews. Its broader feature set and AI-driven approach offers a potentially significant impact on customer service efficiency. However, it's crucial to consider the low review count.
Robo Calls PK, on the other hand, is ideal for merchants operating primarily within Pakistan who face issues with order verification and high return rates. Its focused functionality and customization options cater directly to this specific need. If your business is in Pakistan and this solves your pain points, the higher review count gives it some credibility within its niche.

How do the review counts impact the decision?
The low review count for Chad (1 review) is a significant factor. While the features seem promising, a single review provides limited confidence.
