Our Verdict
For smaller Shopify stores that prioritize ease of setup and specific features like product recommendations within the chat interface, ChatBot by Text is a viable option. Its simplicity can be appealing for merchants with limited technical expertise. However, the extremely low number of reviews is a significant concern. For larger, scaling businesses seeking a more robust and AI-driven solution to automate their customer support across multiple channels, Moose: AI Chatbot & Live Chat is the better choice. Its AI learning capabilities and omnichannel inbox offer a more comprehensive support solution. The large number of positive reviews is a strong indicator of user satisfaction.
