Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive customer support system with live chat, helpdesk features, and multi-channel integration (including WhatsApp and other social media platforms), Chatway Live Chat FAQ WhatsApp is the better choice. The mobile app support for iOS and Android also make it very appealing. However, if a merchant primarily communicates with customers via WhatsApp and needs robust automation features, WhatFlow‑WhatsApp Automation is likely a more suitable option. The lack of detailed information on WhatFlow makes it difficult to definitively recommend it without knowing specific automation capabilities. Merchants should look to app documentation and demos for WhatFlow to determine suitability.
