Our Verdict
If a merchant's primary goal is to engage customers directly on WhatsApp, especially for abandoned cart reminders and targeted support, CK: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned is the better choice. Its higher rating, while based on fewer reviews, suggests strong performance within its niche. However, for merchants needing a comprehensive customer support platform with live chat, AI-powered support, and a centralized help desk to manage all interactions, Tidio ‑ Live Chat & AI Chatbot is the superior option. Despite the slightly lower rating, the significantly higher number of reviews indicates broader adoption and potentially a more mature platform. Tidio is best for those seeking a holistic approach to customer engagement and sales through various channels.
