Our Verdict
Given the data available, Kindly: Payment Reminder Pro is the safer choice for merchants seeking a proven solution to automate payment reminders via SMS. Its perfect rating and existing reviews offer reassurance. Clerk Chat, while potentially offering a broader suite of features for comprehensive customer communication via SMS and WhatsApp, carries a higher risk due to the complete absence of user feedback. If a merchant is specifically looking to improve cash flow through automated payment reminders, Kindly is the clear recommendation. If a merchant needs a full featured two-way SMS and WhatsApp channel, they should approach Clerk Chat with caution, thoroughly researching the company and potentially waiting for reviews to appear.

Kindly: Payment Reminder Pro is the better choice due to its targeted functionality and proven track record of user satisfaction. It directly addresses your specific need with a 5/5 rating.
Could Clerk Chat become a better option in the future?
