Our Verdict
For merchants experiencing significant losses due to COD-related issues such as high RTO rates or fraudulent orders, especially in regions like India and Egypt, COD King‑COD Fees & OTP Verify is the clear choice. Its features directly address these problems and aim to improve profitability. Monjia: Notify With Segment, however, is suitable only for merchants who are already actively using Shopify's customer segmentation and blog features and want a simple way to display targeted announcements. The lack of reviews for Monjia also suggests caution; COD King's strong rating and numerous reviews indicate a proven solution. Given that the two apps have distinct features and address different problems, most Shopify stores do not have to choose only one or the other: the use cases do not overlap.
