Our Verdict
Prefixbox AI Search Bar Filter seems best suited for Shopify Plus merchants looking for an easily integrated and customizable AI search solution to enhance their existing Shopify store design. Its focus on theme editor integration, dynamic filters, and merchandising control makes it a user-friendly option. The 5/5 rating with a good number of reviews adds confidence.
Coveo AI Search & Discovery, while promising powerful AI capabilities and GenAI features, carries more risk due to the lack of reviews. It might be a better fit for larger, enterprise-level businesses with existing Coveo licenses and the resources to manage a potentially more complex implementation. Without reviews, its value proposition is hard to assess, and merchants should proceed with caution, potentially opting for a trial period if available.
