Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive solution to manage customer inquiries across multiple channels with the power of AI, Crisp ‑ Helpdesk & AI Chatbot is the clear choice. Its wide range of features and global applicability make it a strong contender for businesses prioritizing customer support and engagement. However, for merchants specifically operating within Pakistan and primarily concerned with reducing order return rates and verifying orders through automated phone calls, Robo Calls PK provides a highly specialized and targeted solution.
Ultimately, the choice between these apps depends entirely on the specific needs and operational context of the Shopify merchant. If the merchant needs a robust helpdesk, Crisp is the best option. If the merchant needs order confirmation in Pakistan, Robo Calls PK is the clear winner. A store would not need both simultaneously.
