Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants needing simple and customizable forms to collect basic data, Cruxtab Form Builder may suffice. Its primary benefit is easy form creation and email notification. However, merchants looking for a comprehensive customer feedback platform with AI-powered analytics, video testimonials, and product recommendation quizzes should strongly consider UserLoop. While Cruxtab provides basic form functionality, UserLoop offers a more robust suite of features aimed at gathering customer insights, driving sales, and building social proof. UserLoop is the better choice for merchants willing to invest in a more feature-rich and analytics-driven approach to customer feedback and engagement.
