Delighted Post‑Delivery Survey vs SEA Post Purchase Survey Appfor Shopify (2026)
Delighted Post‑Delivery Survey and SEA Post Purchase Survey App both aim to capture customer feedback, but their approaches and target users differ. Delighted emphasizes simplicity and integration with existing eCommerce tools for automated post-delivery feedback collection, primarily focusing on customer loyalty and pain point identification using standard survey templates like NPS and CSAT. Their value proposition lies in ease of use and seamless integration within an existing tech stack. SEA Post Purchase Survey App, on the other hand, positions itself as a more comprehensive feedback platform, offering advanced customization, targeting, and survey distribution options, including on-site and exit-intent surveys. They focus on providing actionable insights through advanced analytics and reporting, targeting merchants who want deeper control over their survey design and customer segmentation. Delighted is ideal for businesses looking for a quick and easy way to gauge customer satisfaction and loyalty post-delivery, especially those already heavily invested in tools like Klaviyo and Gorgias. SEA Post Purchase Survey is more suitable for businesses looking for in-depth customer feedback, highly customizable surveys, and precise customer targeting. The feature set caters to businesses requiring detailed analytics and reporting across different stages of the customer journey, not just post-delivery.

Our Verdict
For smaller Shopify stores or those just starting to collect customer feedback, Delighted Post-Delivery Survey is the better choice. Its simplicity and focus on post-delivery surveys make it easy to set up and use, and its integrations are valuable for existing eCommerce ecosystems. However, with only 6 reviews, merchants should be cautious and monitor app performance closely. For larger Shopify stores with more complex needs and a desire for highly customized surveys and targeted feedback, SEA Post Purchase Survey App is the more powerful option. Its targeting capabilities, diverse survey triggers, and comprehensive reporting provide the data needed for detailed customer journey analysis, which justifies the learning curve.
