Delighted Post‑Delivery Survey vs UserLoop Surveys & Feedbackfor Shopify (2026)
Delighted Post‑Delivery Survey and UserLoop Surveys & Feedback are both Shopify apps designed to collect customer feedback, but they cater to different needs and offer distinct feature sets. Delighted focuses primarily on post-delivery surveys, emphasizing ease of use and integration with other eCommerce tools. It offers standard survey types like NPS and CSAT, making it suitable for merchants looking for a straightforward solution to track customer loyalty and resolve pain points. UserLoop, on the other hand, positions itself as an all-in-one feedback platform, incorporating surveys, quizzes, and video testimonials, with AI-powered analytics. UserLoop aims at merchants seeking advanced features, more diverse feedback collection methods, and deeper insights. The AI-powered capabilities of UserLoop differentiate it as a more advanced solution that may be suitable for enterprise-level businesses or high-growth small to medium businesses.
