Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on immediately increasing sales and actively engaging with website visitors to guide them towards a purchase, DingAI – Surveys That Sell is the clear frontrunner. Its AI-powered chatbot and real-time interaction capabilities offer a direct path to conversion. The strong positive reviews further bolster its credibility.
However, if a merchant's primary objective is to gain a deeper understanding of their customer base, gather valuable feedback to improve products and marketing strategies, and is willing to trade instant sales for long-term insights, then Forma | Surveys that Convert could be a viable option. However, given the lack of reviews and the presence of a competitor with proven customer satisfaction, proceeding with Forma requires careful consideration and potentially a trial period.
