DingAI – Surveys That Sell vs Formigo Custom Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
DingAI – Surveys That Sell and Formigo Custom Form Builder both operate within the 'Surveys' category on Shopify, but their approaches and current market standing differ significantly. DingAI positions itself as an AI-powered sales driver, focusing on real-time visitor interaction through an AI agent and chatbot. Its core strength lies in actively engaging with customers to guide them towards purchases. Formigo Custom Form Builder, on the other hand, while unspecified, likely focuses on building various forms, possibly including surveys, but currently lacks any user reviews or ratings, indicating a much earlier stage in its lifecycle or potential issues in attracting users. The primary difference lies in DingAI's proactive, AI-driven sales approach versus Formigo's likely passive form-building functionality. DingAI targets merchants actively looking to boost sales through personalized, AI-driven customer interaction. It seems designed for those seeking to automate and optimize the sales funnel through real-time communication. Formigo, lacking reviews, is harder to definitively position. It likely caters to merchants needing custom forms, which could include surveys, but it currently lacks any validation regarding its usability or effectiveness. The lack of data makes it challenging to assess its target audience accurately or whether it offers any unique selling points. DingAI's focus is clear: leveraging AI to drive sales through interactive surveys (implied) delivered via AI-powered chatbot interaction.

Our Verdict
Based on the available data, DingAI – Surveys That Sell appears to be the stronger choice for merchants actively seeking to improve sales through AI-powered customer engagement. Its high rating and positive reviews suggest a functional and effective solution. Its focus on AI chat and guiding visitors to purchase makes it suitable for businesses looking to automate and optimize their sales funnel.
Formigo Custom Form Builder, on the other hand, is a much riskier choice. The complete lack of reviews or ratings makes it difficult to assess its capabilities or reliability. While it might eventually become a viable option for merchants needing custom forms, its current state necessitates extreme caution. Unless a merchant has a specific need that DingAI cannot fulfill and is willing to gamble on an unproven app, DingAI is the safer and likely more effective choice.
