Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on actively converting website visitors into paying customers and willing to invest in AI-driven engagement, DingAI – Surveys That Sell appears to be the stronger choice, given its positive reviews and focus on immediate sales impact. The AI chatbot functionality can potentially provide a significant advantage in guiding customers through the purchase process.
However, for merchants prioritizing a deeper understanding of their customers' needs and preferences through surveys without disrupting the shopping experience, Hidden Gems ‑ Pre&Post Surveys might be a better fit. Though it lacks initial reviews, its focus on discreet data collection could be valuable for long-term improvements in product development and marketing strategies. Merchants should consider their current priorities—immediate sales boost or long-term customer insight—when making their decision.
