Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing immediate sales conversion and comfortable with AI-driven customer interaction, DingAI – Surveys That Sell appears to be the better choice, especially considering its positive reviews and rating. Its AI agent and chatbot can proactively guide visitors towards making a purchase. However, it may require some technical understanding to set up and manage the AI effectively.
Questify: Post Purcahse Survey is more suitable for merchants focused on gathering post-purchase feedback to improve their products and ad campaigns. While it currently lacks reviews, its focus on seamless integration with the thank-you page and easy-to-use survey creation suggests it's a good option for those seeking a straightforward feedback collection process. If obtaining customer insights *after* a sale is the priority, and the merchant is less concerned with real-time sales interventions, Questify could be a viable option, although the lack of user feedback presents a significant risk.
