Our Verdict
For smaller stores or those just starting out, Essential Free Shipping Upsell offers a simple, effective way to increase AOV using the proven strategy of free shipping incentives. Its ease of use and clear ROI make it an attractive option. However, for larger, more established businesses with extensive product catalogs and a need for sophisticated search and personalization capabilities, Fast Simon AI Search & Filters is the better choice. While it may require more initial investment and setup, its comprehensive suite of features can lead to significant improvements in conversion rates and overall customer experience.
Ultimately, the decision depends on the specific needs and resources of the merchant. If the primary goal is to quickly boost AOV, Essential Free Shipping Upsell is the clear winner. If the goal is a holistic and personalized shopping experience that improves conversion rates across the board, Fast Simon is the more powerful, albeit complex, solution.
