Our Verdict
For merchants just starting out or with very basic survey needs specifically focused on the thank you page, EXT Thank You Page & Surveys might be sufficient. However, given the limited review count, it's difficult to assess its long-term reliability. For merchants seeking a comprehensive survey solution with advanced targeting, extensive reporting, and broader placement options, SEA Post Purchase Survey App is the clear winner. The significantly higher number of reviews and feature set indicate a more robust and versatile app, making it a better investment for most Shopify businesses in 2026. The ability to integrate with Shopify Flow and all email apps further enhances its value within a broader marketing automation strategy.
