Common Questions
Which app is easier to use for beginners?
EZLabel likely has a simpler initial setup due to its focus on a specific shipping process. Zapiet, while user-friendly, requires more configuration to define delivery zones, time slots, and other delivery parameters.
Which app is better for a small business on a tight budget?
Without pricing information, it is difficult to say definitively. However, EZLabel's focused functionality may translate to a lower price point compared to Zapiet's more comprehensive features.
Can both apps handle international shipping?
EZLabel explicitly states it supports international shipping. While Zapiet doesn't explicitly mention international shipping as a standalone feature, it can handle shipping orders, presumably including international orders, given its overall delivery management focus.
Which app offers better reporting and analytics?
The descriptions do not provide information about reporting/analytics features for either app. Further research would be needed to determine which offers more comprehensive insights.
Which app is more scalable for a growing business?
Zapiet is described as scalable for businesses of all sizes, including Fortune 500s, indicating a robust infrastructure capable of handling high order volumes and complex delivery scenarios. EZLabel, while efficient, might become limited if the business expands beyond Australia Post for shipping needs.
