FAST ‑ WhatsApp Chat vs Moose: AI Chatbot & Live Chatfor Shopify (2026)
FAST ‑ WhatsApp Chat and Moose: AI Chatbot & Live Chat offer distinct approaches to customer support on Shopify. FAST focuses on direct, personal communication via WhatsApp, likely targeting merchants who value immediate, individual customer interactions and want to leverage WhatsApp's popularity. In contrast, Moose positions itself as an AI-powered helpdesk solution, aiming to automate routine support, provide 24/7 availability, and centralize customer communication across multiple channels. Moose seems tailored for merchants seeking scalability and reduced support workload through AI-driven automation and a comprehensive omnichannel inbox. The primary difference lies in their automation capabilities and communication channels. FAST prioritizes WhatsApp as its core channel, lacking the AI automation and omnichannel integration offered by Moose. Moose provides AI-driven self-service, order tracking, and automated FAQ responses, which are absent in FAST's description. While both apps have perfect ratings, Moose's significantly higher number of reviews suggests a larger user base and potentially more robust real-world performance, even though smaller sample sizes can sometimes be more volatile.
