Our Verdict
Notify Customers is ideal for merchants primarily looking for a simple, focused SMS marketing solution to drive repeat business through targeted campaigns. Its strength is its simplicity and direct approach to engaging customers via text messaging. Fastr, on the other hand, is better suited for merchants who prioritize comprehensive abandoned cart recovery strategies and are looking for a wider array of marketing channels including email, push notifications, and popups in addition to SMS. While Notify Customers boasts a perfect rating, the relatively low review count suggests it might be a newer or niche product, while Fastr has a larger sample size suggesting a more established user base.
