Our Verdict
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback appears to be a more established and user-friendly option for merchants seeking a comprehensive survey solution. Its higher rating and positive reviews, coupled with its focus on pre- and post-purchase surveys across multiple channels, make it suitable for businesses aiming to improve marketing attribution and engage customers at various touchpoints. Feedback Box, while promising, lacks social proof in the form of reviews. It might be a better fit for merchants specifically interested in gathering immediate feedback after purchase to improve the checkout process and product development, but they should proceed with caution due to the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating.
