Firepush ‑ SMS & Web Push vs Kindly: Payment Reminder Profor Shopify (2026)
Firepush ‑ SMS & Web Push and Kindly: Payment Reminder Pro are both Shopify apps operating within the SMS marketing space, but they cater to different needs and offer distinct functionalities. Firepush positions itself as an all-in-one solution for abandoned cart recovery and customer engagement through both SMS and web push notifications. Its strength lies in its multi-channel approach and automation capabilities for various notifications like price drops and delivery updates, targeting merchants seeking a comprehensive marketing solution. Kindly, on the other hand, is more narrowly focused on payment reminders, suggesting a simpler solution for merchants primarily concerned with recovering overdue payments. The number of reviews also suggests that Firepush is a more established app with a broader user base than Kindly. While Kindly has a perfect rating, the considerably lower number of reviews makes the rating less statistically significant. This difference is important as reviews can provide practical insights into real-world application and usability.

Our Verdict
For merchants needing a comprehensive SMS marketing solution with web push capabilities, abandoned cart recovery, and automated notifications for various events (price drops, delivery updates), Firepush ‑ SMS & Web Push is the superior choice. Its wider range of features and established user base make it a more robust option. However, if a merchant's primary concern is solely recovering overdue payments through simple and direct payment reminders, Kindly: Payment Reminder Pro might be a better fit due to its focused functionality and potentially easier setup. It is crucial to consider the scale of marketing activity and specific needs when making a choice.
