Our Verdict
UserLoop Surveys & Feedback seems better suited for larger businesses or those seeking a comprehensive, AI-powered solution for customer feedback, social proof, and lead generation through quizzes. Its all-in-one platform including video testimonials and AI-driven insights justifies its potential complexity. Forma | Surveys that Convert, on the other hand, would be ideal for smaller businesses or those with simpler needs, prioritizing ease of use, direct Shopify integration, and targeted surveys to understand customer behavior surrounding specific products and brand elements. However, the complete lack of reviews for Forma is a significant risk factor. At this point in time, UserLoop is the clear choice.
