Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026 seeking a reliable and proven solution for post-purchase customer feedback, the SEA Post Purchase Survey App is the clear winner. Its strong rating, established user base, and focus on targeted surveys with actionable analytics make it a compelling choice. Formigo Custom Form Builder, while potentially offering broader form creation capabilities, carries significantly higher risk due to its lack of reviews and unknown performance. Unless a merchant has a very specific and advanced form building requirement that SEA Post Purchase Survey cannot fulfill, it's difficult to recommend Formigo given the available data. A cautious approach would involve thorough testing of Formigo before making a commitment.
