Our Verdict
Based on the available information, UserLoop Surveys & Feedback is the clear choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its positive reviews, AI-powered features, and comprehensive approach to customer feedback make it a valuable tool for driving growth and improving customer satisfaction. Unless Formigo Custom Form Builder can demonstrate its value through positive reviews or a strong feature set, it is difficult to recommend over UserLoop. Merchants seeking a proven and feature-rich survey solution should opt for UserLoop. Merchants that have a small budget and are happy to try a solution with no reviews could consider testing Formigo, but they should be aware of the risk.
