Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Notify Customers is likely the better choice for merchants seeking a straightforward solution for SMS marketing campaigns. Its perfect rating and positive reviews, albeit limited in number, suggest user satisfaction. Its focus on SMS means less complexity. Gleantap, while promising a comprehensive solution, lacks user validation (no reviews) and might be overwhelming for merchants only interested in SMS. However, if a merchant requires a full suite of communication tools, including email, WhatsApp, and CRM capabilities with AI automation, and is willing to take a risk on a new app, Gleantap may be worth exploring, contingent on thorough research and understanding the potential complexities.
