Grid & Pixel Email‑SMS‑Popups vs Notify Customersfor Shopify (2026)
Grid & Pixel Email‑SMS‑Popups and Notify Customers both offer SMS marketing capabilities for Shopify merchants in 2026, but they cater to different needs and priorities. Grid & Pixel has a significantly larger user base, indicated by 143 reviews compared to Notify Customers' 8, suggesting greater adoption and potentially a broader range of features. Notify Customers emphasizes its ease of use and focus on SMS campaigns with features like image inclusion, scheduling, and two-way conversation capabilities. Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a complete marketing platform with email, SMS, and popup capabilities, Grid & Pixel Email‑SMS‑Popups is the better choice, providing a broader feature set and proven track record based on the high number of reviews. However, for smaller businesses or those specifically looking to leverage SMS marketing for customer retention and prefer a simple, easy-to-use interface, Notify Customers is a strong contender due to its explicit focus on SMS campaign features and high rating, even if the review count is lower.
The choice boils down to whether the merchant values an all-in-one marketing solution or a specialized SMS marketing tool with a user-friendly design. If a dedicated SMS platform is required, Notify Customers stands out; if a broader solution is preferred, Grid & Pixel offers better value.
