Our Verdict
Notify Customers is the better choice for smaller Shopify merchants looking for a straightforward SMS marketing solution to boost repeat sales. Its simplicity and focus on campaign-based messaging make it accessible and easy to implement. If you need to quickly send promotional texts, announcements, or solicit reviews, Notify Customers is likely the more effective option, especially given its higher rating and review count. However, if you are a larger business with a high volume of customer interactions and require a robust, multi-channel communication platform with advanced features like order updates and enterprise-grade security, Heymarket SMS, despite its low ratings and limited reviews, may be worth considering after thorough investigation and testing (perhaps with a free trial). Its broader feature set caters to more complex customer service and communication needs.
