Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with recovering unpaid payments or abandoned carts, Kindly: Payment Reminder Pro seems like the more targeted solution. However, for merchants looking for a comprehensive SMS marketing platform to engage customers across various touchpoints and drive repeat business, Notify Customers offers a broader feature set. Its ability to send image-based texts, schedule campaigns, and engage in 1-on-1 conversations positions it as a versatile tool for building customer relationships.
