Our Verdict
If a merchant's primary concern is reducing late payments and streamlining accounts receivable, Kindly: Payment Reminder Pro appears to be the more suitable choice, especially given its higher number of positive reviews. However, if the merchant is looking for a comprehensive SMS strategy to boost overall customer retention beyond just payment reminders, Patch Customer Retention, despite the fewer reviews, could be a better fit. Further research into Patch's specific features is crucial before making a final decision. Given the limited data, it is impossible to definitively recommend one over the other without knowing the feature set of Patch.
