Our Verdict
Kindly: Payment Reminder Pro is the safer choice for merchants seeking a reliable solution solely for payment recovery. Its perfect rating, even with a smaller review count, indicates a positive user experience. However, WA Bridge presents an interesting option for merchants looking to invest in a broader communication strategy, particularly those interested in utilizing both SMS and WhatsApp for various touchpoints in the customer journey. Given that WA Bridge has zero reviews, new adopters should proceed with caution and carefully monitor its performance. Smaller shops might benefit from the simple payment reminder focused solution, while larger enterprises would want the broad communications platform.
