Our Verdict
Given the available data, Notify Customers is the more viable option for Shopify merchants in 2026. Its 5-star rating with 8 reviews suggests user satisfaction and reliable functionality. The advertised features, such as automated customer syncing, image texts, scheduling, and the ability to engage in direct conversations, offer a comprehensive approach to SMS marketing. LabsMobile's complete lack of reviews makes it impossible to assess its functionality or suitability for any merchant. Until LabsMobile establishes a credible user base and demonstrates its features, Notify Customers is the safer and more effective choice for businesses looking to leverage SMS marketing.
