Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants needing a broad customer support solution across multiple channels and leveraging AI, Massively Live Chat & Chatbots is the more relevant choice, assuming their lack of reviews in 2026 is addressed with a proven track record. However, its zero rating and lack of reviews are a significant risk. Robo Calls PK is highly specific, designed for businesses in Pakistan needing a simple solution for order verification via automated calls. It is not a general customer support tool. If your business is not in Pakistan or requires more than basic order confirmation, Robo Calls PK is unsuitable.
