Mega Click To Call Button vs Moose: AI Chatbot & Live Chatfor Shopify (2026)
Mega Click To Call Button and Moose: AI Chatbot & Live Chat serve very different needs within the Shopify ecosystem, despite both falling under the 'Chat' category. Mega Click To Call Button, with its very limited review base (2 reviews) and a rating of 3.4/5, likely provides a simple solution for customers to initiate phone calls directly from the website. Its low rating and minimal reviews, however, raise concerns about its reliability and user experience. It appears to target a very niche market: merchants who highly value direct phone communication above all other support methods. Moose: AI Chatbot & Live Chat, on the other hand, positions itself as a comprehensive AI-powered customer support solution. With a perfect 5/5 rating based on a substantial 346 reviews, it appears to be a well-regarded app that offers a robust set of features including AI-driven chatbot automation, omnichannel inbox management, and self-service support options. Moose is geared towards merchants aiming to automate and scale their customer support efforts, reduce response times, and improve customer satisfaction through a more modern and multifaceted approach that includes but is not limited to live chat.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a basic and immediate solution to enable customer phone calls, Mega Click To Call Button *might* suffice, but the very low number of reviews and the below-average rating should raise serious concerns. Due to the lack of reviews and low rating, this app is difficult to recommend, as the limited available information shows no real advantages.
Moose: AI Chatbot & Live Chat presents a far more compelling option for businesses looking to significantly improve and automate their customer support. Its high rating and substantial review count indicate strong user satisfaction. While the setup and AI training might require more effort, the potential benefits of 24/7 support, omnichannel inbox management, and improved customer satisfaction likely outweigh the initial investment, particularly for growing businesses needing a scalable support solution.
