Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive, scalable solution to automate customer support, Moose: AI Chatbot & Live Chat is the clear choice. Its AI-driven approach, omnichannel capabilities, and self-service features offer a robust platform for managing customer interactions. The high rating and numerous positive reviews further support its effectiveness. However, for very small stores primarily interested in offering customer support through WhatsApp and with minimal need for advanced features, WapTap: Quick Chat WhatsApp might be an option, although its lack of reviews and unproven status make it a riskier choice in 2026.
