Our Verdict
If a Shopify merchant is seeking a dedicated and feature-rich SMS marketing solution focused on campaigns to drive repeat business, Notify Customers appears to be the stronger choice, given its focus on SMS marketing, demonstrated by the listed features. The higher number of reviews also suggests a more mature product and wider user base. Popmunk might be a better fit for merchants looking for a more general communication tool that includes both email and phone pop-ups, assuming its SMS capabilities are comparable. The lack of details about Popmunk's specific SMS features makes it difficult to assess its suitability for dedicated SMS marketing efforts. More information on Popmunk's SMS features and integration options is necessary for a definitive comparison.
