Our Verdict
For merchants solely focused on SMS marketing and prioritizing ease of use with features specifically geared toward that channel, Notify Customers is the stronger choice. Its 5-star rating (though based on limited reviews) suggests a positive user experience for SMS-centric campaigns. However, for merchants seeking a broader marketing solution that encompasses email, SMS, chatbots, and other channels, SendPulse Email, SMS & Pop‑ups offers a more comprehensive toolkit. Despite the current lack of positive reviews, its 'all-in-one' approach and inclusion of a CRM make it a potentially valuable platform for businesses needing a holistic marketing strategy.
