Our Verdict
For merchants needing a versatile SMS marketing tool for various campaigns, Notify Customers is the better option, especially if a high rating (albeit based on limited reviews) is a priority. Its features allow for broader application beyond just cart recovery. However, for merchants specifically focused on tackling abandoned carts and seeking a quick, automated, and easy-to-use solution, SMS Abandoned Cart ✦ CartBoss is likely the more effective choice. Its specialized features are tailored for immediate cart recovery, despite the lower rating and smaller number of reviews. Ultimately, the choice depends on the merchant's specific needs and priorities.
