Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a simple and easy-to-use SMS marketing solution with image support and direct customer conversations, Notify Customers is a viable option, particularly for smaller businesses just starting with SMS marketing. However, the extremely low number of reviews raises some concerns about reliability and long-term support. SuperAGI Marketing (Contlo) seems to be a more established platform with a larger user base, implying greater trust and potentially more advanced features. However, without more information, it's hard to directly compare. If AI-driven marketing and potentially broader functionalities are desired, SuperAGI Marketing (Contlo) is probably the better choice, but merchants should research its features thoroughly before deciding.
