Our Verdict
Given the current data, Whatsapp Marketing & Support appears to be the stronger choice for most Shopify merchants, especially those prioritizing WhatsApp as a key customer engagement channel and looking for AI-powered automation to drive sales and reduce support workload. The overwhelmingly positive reviews suggest a reliable and effective solution.
OAppS SMS Marketing, with its focus on SMS, MMS, and Facebook Messenger, may be suitable for merchants specifically seeking a broader multichannel approach and willing to invest time in manual campaign management. However, the absence of reviews raises concerns about its reliability and effectiveness compared to the well-received Whatsapp Marketing & Support.
