Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing collecting and displaying product reviews to boost conversion rates with minimal effort, Opinamos *could* be considered. However, the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating are significant red flags, suggesting it might be a very new or potentially problematic app. On the other hand, SEA Post Purchase Survey App is the better choice for merchants who need to deeply understand their customer journey, gather comprehensive feedback, and improve customer experience using data-driven insights. The high rating and numerous reviews indicate a reliable and valuable app for those seeking advanced survey capabilities and actionable analytics.
Common Questions
What kind of feedback is collected by each app?
Opinamos collects star ratings and written reviews with potentially images, while SEA Post Purchase Survey App allows for a variety of question types (8+) including NPS scores.
Which app offers more control over the customer's survey experience?
SEA Post Purchase Survey App offers greater control, allowing merchants to customize the survey's appearance, placement (on-site, exit intent, thank-you page), and target specific customer segments.
Does Opinamos or SEA Post Purchase Survey App offer better analytical insights?
SEA Post Purchase Survey App explicitly mentions 'Analytical Charts and Reports', indicating a more robust system for visualizing and understanding survey data. Opinamos only mentions improving organic ranking, which is indirect and less specific.
Which app is easier to integrate with existing email marketing workflows?
SEA Post Purchase Survey App states that it 'Works with all email apps', suggesting a more flexible integration compared to Opinamos' 'Automatic Review Invitations via email,' which might be less adaptable.
Is it better to use Opinamos or SEA Post Purchase Survey App for just increasing product trust and conversions?
Historically, positive reviews help conversion rates. Although unproven, Opinamos is specifically designed for this purpose, but its lack of reviews raises doubts. SEA Post Purchase Survey App, whilst not primarily focused on product reviews, can still gather product-specific feedback to improve product development and increase customer satisfaction, indirectly boosting conversions in the long run. Due to the zero rating, it is impossible to recommend Opinamos at this time.
