Our Verdict
For merchants offering in-store pickup and struggling with unclaimed orders, Piko ‑ Pickup Reminder is the clear choice. Its features are specifically designed to automate and streamline the pickup process, potentially saving time and space. YSD Sticky WhatsApp Icon, however, targets a broader audience, aiming to improve overall customer communication through WhatsApp. Given the lack of reviews and specific feature details, it's difficult to assess its effectiveness. Merchants wanting to improve general customer service by Whatsapp, but not in connection with pick-up specifically, should consider YSD, but with caution because of the lack of reviews. Piko is the stronger option for its defined functionality and demonstrably positive (although limited) user feedback.
