Common Questions

PlusSales ‑ AI A/B Testing likely has a simpler initial setup since it mainly requires connecting to GA4 and uploading UI screenshots. Retention X, with its broader functionality, may require more extensive configuration across various integrations.
Can PlusSales ‑ AI A/B Testing replace a full A/B testing platform like VWO?
No. PlusSales ‑ AI A/B Testing helps generate hypotheses and recommendations but requires using VWO, Optimizely, or Convert to run the actual A/B tests. It is a research tool, not a full testing platform.
Does Retention X offer features to improve product merchandising?
Yes, Retention X offers 'Auto Merchandising' which automates product sorting based on real conversion data to improve sales.
Which app provides deeper customer analytics?
Retention X is designed to provide comprehensive customer analytics, including LTV, cohorts, RFM analysis, and product analytics. PlusSales ‑ AI A/B Testing uses GA4 data, but primarily for identifying conversion bottlenecks, not in-depth customer segmentation.
