Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with displaying existing customer feedback directly on their website to boost product confidence and gain insights for UX improvement, POWR: Customer Comments is the better choice. The moderation features ensure quality control, and the image upload option enhances the authenticity of reviews. However, if the main goal is to expand social media reach, facilitate easy sharing on numerous platforms, and drive traffic from social media channels to the store, Zotabox Social Sharing Buttons is the more suitable option, especially considering its higher number of reviews and perfect rating. Both apps offer social proof benefits, but target distinct aspects of a business’s digital footprint.
