Our Verdict
For Shopify Plus merchants seeking a highly customizable and AI-powered search solution with advanced merchandising capabilities and detailed analytics, Prefixbox AI Search Bar Filter appears to be the stronger choice. Its integration with the Shopify Theme Editor, metaobject/metafield support, and focus on performance tracking provide a comprehensive suite of features. Retail Cloud Connect, while having a perfect rating, lacks specific details about its features and ideal customer, making it difficult to recommend without further information. Unless Retail Cloud Connect offers unique features not evident from the app store description, Prefixbox AI Search Bar Filter provides more value to larger, complex businesses on Shopify Plus, who are willing to invest in powerful tools to grow sales.
