Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a robust, AI-driven solution to manage customer interactions and drive sales across multiple channels, Whatsapp Marketing & Support is the clear winner. Its high rating and feature-rich offering suggest significant value for D2C brands looking to optimize their customer journey and improve key metrics like CAC and conversion rates. Qchat: Facebook Messenger, with its abysmal rating and lack of features, is difficult to recommend in any scenario. It might appeal to merchants seeking the absolute simplest, bare-bones Facebook Messenger integration, but the risk of poor performance outweighs any potential benefits. Most stores are much better off with Whatsapp Marketing & Support.
