Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants requiring robust features like advanced targeting, diverse question types, comprehensive analytics, and integration with tools like Shopify Flow and various email apps, SEA Post Purchase Survey App is the clear choice. Its high rating and significant number of reviews suggest a positive user experience. Whisper Post Purchase Survey might appeal to very small merchants or those just starting out with post-purchase surveys who need a bare-bones solution focused primarily on identifying how customers heard about them and who value ease of use above all else. However, the lack of reviews makes it a riskier proposition, and the limited feature set may quickly become restrictive as their needs grow.
