Our Verdict
For merchants primarily needing a straightforward, native chat solution for basic customer communication, Shopify Inbox is a reliable choice due to its established user base and likely seamless integration. However, merchants aiming to aggressively scale their sales and support efforts through AI-powered automation should strongly consider Zipchat AI Chatbot+Whatsapp AI. Despite the smaller review count, its feature set focusing on AI chatbots, abandoned cart recovery, upselling, and cross-selling, coupled with its availability across multiple channels (chat, email, WhatsApp), makes it a compelling option for businesses prioritizing automation and sophisticated customer engagement. The higher rating, even with fewer reviews, suggests strong user satisfaction with its AI capabilities.
