Our Verdict
If a merchant primarily needs a versatile SMS solution capable of handling transactional messages, promotions, and file sharing directly through SMS, SMS Notify ‑SMS Gateway Center is the better option. Its ability to send Google Verified SMS and generate smart links adds value. However, the small number of reviews is a concern. If a merchant's priority is providing highly detailed and customized order status updates to customers across multiple channels to minimize support requests and build trust, then Ultimate Custom Order Status is the superior choice. Despite having only one review, its focus on simplified setup and multi-channel updates makes it attractive for complex order flows.
